An airless thixotropic water-based acrylic finishing treatment for the protection and enhancement of wood. The special highly transparent formula with active UV filters provides windows and doors with long-lasting beauty.

Applications

As a finishing treatment for door and window frames and other items in wood with dimensional stability, fitted both indoors and out. Ideal for industrial application with airless, Airmix and electrostatic systems.  

 

Drying time

After about 2-4 hours depending on the ambient temperature and humidity  

 

Yield

  • 4.5 – 5.5 m²/l per coat for 2-coat application
  • 2.5 – 4 m²/l per coat for single coat application

Packaging

5l – 25l and 200*l  

 

Recommended treatments

  • 1 x Hydrodip New
  • 1 x Hydrodip intermediate primer, spray or flow coating version
  • 1 x Hydrotop Airless New

Or

  • 1 x Hydrodip New
  • 1 – 2 x Hydrotop Airless New

N.B. on broad-leaf wood use transparent Hydrotop Primer  

  • For biological protection a protective primer such as Hydrogrund Plus should be used.
